I’m likely tending to my microhomestead, hiking with my husband and kids, or watching a good true crime doc in bed. I live for the contrast–embracing adventure, and savoring cozy downtime in between.

If you’re newly engaged... ahh, congrats! You’re probably realizing just how many pieces there are to the wedding planning puzzle. Prepping for your engagement session is just one of those steps, and I totally get how it can feel like a lot.
One of the first things couples ask me is, “Where should we take our engagement photos?” With so many beautiful spots around DFW, it can be hard to know where to begin. I’ve put together a list of some of my favorite iconic locations across North Texas to help make that part a little easier.
